Payments are processed via a PayPal shopping cart. You will receive a separate paypal invoice for shipping charges once they are calculated. This will be received within 24 - 48 hours (business day - Saturday and Sunday not included) and no orders will be considered paid until the shipping is paid and will not be processed. All shipping invoices must be paid within 7 business days. Invoices not paid will warrant the order being canceled and a 15% (or $10)charge will incur whichever is higher plus the paypal fees incurred with this order will be deducted from the refund. There will be no order cancellations accepted.

If you are mailing a check or money order please email your order to me and I will calculate your order including shipping. Please note your order will not be processed until payment is received. All checks must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the order will be canceled. NOTE- THERE WILL BE A 10 BUSINESS DAY HOLD ON ORDERS PAYING BY CHECK DUE TO THE FACT THAT CHECKS HAVE BEEN RETURNED FOR NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
SHIPPING RATES
All packages within the US are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on destination shipping zone. Please note we are using the new flat rate shipping boxes from USPS which are a flat rate of $9.80. If this saves you money these boxes will be used for your order. Only actual shipping is charged and packages are shipped out of Pennsylvania. Effective 12/1/04 I discontinued shipping internationally including Canada. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS. USPS does not give refunds to us unless optional insurance is purchased. If you wish to purchase insurance on your package there is an additional cost
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products there is a no-refund policy. Please make sure you are familiar with a scent before ordering full size. If there are problems with your order please contact us at shopper620@comcast.net
We cannot be held responsible for misuse or any allergic reactions caused from these products. Always do a patch test on a small area before using on entire body.

At Suds and Light, our products are made with only the finest natural ingredients and quality fragrance oils. No SLS is in any of our products.
All items are made at the time of your order. No pre-made or pre-packaged products are ever used. All products other than soap, tarts and samples have water resistant labels
Our products are all highly scented. If you would prefer lighter scent intensity please note that with your order. If you would like a scent blend you may also note that in the comments box. Scent requests are welcome.
